Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These terms govern your use of irishtradesman.ie and the Hi-Vis Circle membership programme run by Braenard Clarke trading as IrishTradesman ("we", "us"), based in Ireland.

By joining or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not join.

2. The Service

The Hi-Vis Circle is a paid supporter community. Benefits include access to private Discord and/or Telegram groups, exclusive updates, photos, notes, and other perks as described on the join page.

Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have capacity to enter this agreement. The service is not directed at children.

4. Membership and Payments

• Memberships are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You can cancel at any time through your Stripe account. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• No refunds for partial periods except at our discretion or as required by Irish/EU consumer law.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Existing members will be notified.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when joining.
• Comply with the rules of any Discord or Telegram groups you are invited to.
• Not harass, spam, or share harmful content.
• Respect that community content is for members only and should not be redistributed.

We may remove you from communities and end your membership (without refund) for breaches.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All original content created for the Hi-Vis Circle remains our intellectual property. You get a personal, non-exclusive licence to view it while your membership is active.

You retain ownership of content you share in the groups. By sharing you grant us a licence to use it within the communities.

7. Adult Content

The Hi-Vis Circle focuses on community and tradie content. Core Crew members receive free access to the creator's OnlyFans as a perk. You are responsible for ensuring any adult content complies with the laws in your country.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific amounts of content.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or special losses. We remain liable for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Termination

You can cancel via Stripe at any time. We can end your membership for breaches of these terms or illegal behaviour.

On termination you lose access to private groups and invites will be revoked.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
